  Forms for Liability Insurance Certificate Click on this link to get to the page at the Rotary International web site where you can download the form to request a general liability insurance certificate for your club's event. There is also a form with a sample and instructions on the same page. Fax the completed form directly to their insurance offices. You will need the free Adobe Acrobat reader on your computer to get this form. There is a link at that page or down below on this page for that free download.

Rotary International's Membership Development Manual including the Classification List


The Babylon Rotary Club has used an idea from the Riverhead and Patchogue clubs for a booklet for new and existing members explaining the basics of Rotary. It is called SPUR, Special Program for Understanding Rotary. You can download a copy of this in Microsoft Word format and customize it for your club.

If you have Microsoft Word on your computer, simply click on the button below and the file will open in word automatically. You can then just save it to your computer the way you always save documents. If you do NOT have word and want to save the file for future use, please RIGHT click once on the button, and then choose 'Save Target As' to download the file to your computer.

 With some web browsers you may get a box that asks for a password. DO NOT type anything in this box. Just click on 'OK'. You might have to do this up to 3 times. Don't ask me why. Complain to Microsoft.
